Hours of Operation

· All RV’s must be in good mechanical repair/condition and not be unsightly

· Please maintain your RV site in a clean, neat and orderly manner.  Items stored outdoors should be kept t a minimum and not cause any electrical fire or other potential hazard.

· Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.  Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.

· All indoor facilities are smoke-free.  Smoking is permitted outdoors.  Please dispose of cigarettes butts properly.

· The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund: drunkenness, disorderly/abusive conduct, possession/distribution of illicit drugs/ paraphernalia.

· RV site occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site.

Policies and Regulations

· Park speed limit 15 MPH.  Pedestrians and wildlife have the right of way.

· One personal vehicle is permitted per site.

· One guest vehicle is permitted per site.

· Extra vehicles and boats should be parked in areas designated by the office.

· If your vehicle or RV requires mechanical service or repair, please inquire at the office for authorization and/or information on local service availability.

· You may wash your RV and/or tow vehicle for $5 per vehicle.  Charge payable at the office.  Pressure washer is available for your use.

Exit #36    Stay on Hwy 359 Business (Front Street)     Turn Right at Stop Light
Go one block and turn left (at Catholic Church) on Aransas Street.   Go five blocks
Turn right on Wilson Street (County Road 704) at Hoff’s Store   Go 1.7 miles
Turn right at the Emerald Hill Gate and go 1/4 mile to check in at the Clubhouse

 

Pet Policies and Owner Responsibility 

Dogs, cats and other pets:

· Please keep your owners in tow.  A leash in the owner’s hand along with a plastic bag (for clean up) in your owner’s pocket is your responsibility.

· Building areas are for humans.  You are welcome to all outdoor areas, including the lake.

· If your owner leaves for the day, make sure you are left inside your RV, where you have a temperature controlled climate.

· Be a friendly pet and keep your teeth and claws to yourself.  No aggressive behavior or unauthorized chewing of park property will be tolerated.
